Dedman Gray Auctions, in partnership with BidX1, is thrilled to announce the expansion of its highly successful Livestream property auction service to now include Online Auction events. This move marks a significant milestone in the continued evolution of our auction offering.
The inaugural Online Auction is scheduled to take place on 19 March 2026.
A Faster Route to Market
With the introduction of Online Auctions, Dedman Gray Auctions will transition to a monthly auction programme consisting of 6 Live-Stream Auction Events and 6 Online Auction Events annually. This provides substantial benefits for property sellers by enabling significantly shorter wait times for catalogue entry and delivering an even faster route to market.
The new Dedman Gray Online Auction service will mirror the established and trusted Livestream auction process. Properties will be sold under binding contracts at the fall of the hammer and completion will occur within 28 days. This approach ensures speed, certainty, and full transactional transparency for both sellers and buyers.
