Interested bidders must be registered to bid at our auction. To do this, you will need a unique bidding number on the day. We are accepting pre-registrations, so call the auction team with your details.
We also accept bids by proxy and by telephone. In order to arrange this, contact us for further details. Please note that deposit cheques for proxy/telephone bids must be received by the close of business Thursday 19thJuly.

This lot may be sold subject to grant of probate, further details will follow. The special conditions will be updated prior to the auction, please check with the auction team.

The property is now being sold subject to a fixed term agreement until October 2012 at a rent of £500.00 per calendar month. Further details can be found in the legal pack.

Flat A is let at £405.00 PCM by private arrangement with the landlord and not as stated in the catalogue. Please note that the reserve has been set BELOW the guide price.

a) We have been informed by the managing agent that the property does not require HMO licensing under the criteria set by the local authority.
