RESULTS FROM 26th OCTOBER AUCTION
A wet and windy day did not put off eager auction buyers, who were offered a total of 18 lots on the day, highlight being a derelict former MOD building in Ness Road, Shoeburyness, sold on behalf of Southend Borough Council, which achieved £45,000 more than expected!
