Gerard brings with him to Essex almost thirty years of experience in the sale of catering, leisure and retail businesses.

Auction Update: register now to bid on the 29th June

Bidding registration

To be able to bid at the next auction you will need to register as a bidder. You can do this at any time by contacting the auction team prior to the auction, or in the room on the day approximately 45 mins before the start. You will be given a card bearing an exclusive number which will be your bidding number.

Information required at registration:

The bidder’s name, address and contact details, together with their appointed solicitors and the number of the lot you want to bid for.

Pre-register! This will save you time on the day – contact us now. When you arrive at the auction, just ask a member of staff for your bidding card.

Bidding at the auction

To bid at the auction, you should raise the bidding card so the auctioneer can clearly see the number.

If you are unable to be at the auction in person, we can bid on your behalf by proxy or accept telephone bids. Contact the auction team to arrange.
